The Royalettes Baton Corps promotes the enjoyment of the art-sport of baton twirling. We encourage physical fitness, poise, goal setting, and self-confidence. As members of the Royalettes Baton Corps, we promise to practice hard, follow instructions, and always do our best to benefit our Corps. We support each other in practice, performance and competition. We strive for excellence and realize this comes with hard work. It is an HONOR and a PRIVILEGE to be a Royalette.

Royalettes 2014 Summer Twirling Program

What: Summer Twirling Class + Private Lessons
When: Tuesday nights, starting July 8 through August 26
Where: Bon Air United Methodist Church - 1645 Buford Rd - Richmond, VA
Who: Any level...novice or beginner
Team Cost: $50.00 per month
Private Lesson Cost: Variable rates - weekly 30 minute time slots (Ask for rate/coach info - Rhonda, Lindsay, Rachael or Audrey)

Students will:
~ Build foundational skills for recreational and/or athletic, competitive twirling
~ Enjoy physical fitness activity & performing arts through teamwork & individual training
~ Make new friends!
~ Learn a choreographed dance/twirl routine
~ Learn an individual solo twirling routine
~ Learn foundations of ballet/movement
~ Learn goal setting and achievement skills
